Absolute bunch of con artists.

Absolute bunch of con artists... like others have commented. I was in the unfortunate position to have to make a claim in Oct 2024 for my dog... My vets completed the documents and sent them to Healthy Pets, I didn't hear anything so chased them the end Oct, HP stated they hadn't received them so my vets sent the documents again.. again I heard nothing.. I chased again the beginning of Dec to be told yes we now have your claim... I waited heard nothing, called again 21/12 to be told yet again we don't have your claim.. we will call your vets... I waited.. yeah you've guessed it I heard nothing, chased again 10/1 to be told still no record of claim.. they will call the vets direct.. now the 16/1 and Ive heard nothing. For a company that are very quick to increase costs and add deductions as your pets gets older it is near on impossible to actually make a claim... DO NOT TOUCH THEM.. really shocking service.
