Haysto have been absolutely brilliant.

Haysto have been absolutely brilliant. I had my heart set on one house in particular as I knew it was a bargain and a proper gem in need of a lot of love. I just needed someone to give me a chance. I had previously spoken to 5 brokers before finding Haysto, each time being told that it was near impossible as the case was too specialist. The house currently has no heating system, kitchen or bathroom and they were my last hope before I gave up on my dream first home. From the very beginning Dan the mortgage expert and Paul the broker were incredibly reassuring and enthusiastic to take the case on. I was taken aback by their certainty as this was a first for me, and I asked a lot of questions, but they passed my tests with flying colours. It feels so rare to find people that are so good at their jobs, I count myself truly very lucky that I stumbled upon them on my web search in amongst the sea of companies that couldn't be bothered with me. It turned out I was also a specialist case, with a few missed utility payments from my time renting and living from my overdraft each month (despite having savings). I can't believe it took speaking to so many people before I was told this would look bad to lenders and something I would need to fix before application. Paul was firm but fair and gave very sound advice. A month passed, the bank statement met his standards and with a little magic and probably a lot of phone calls from Paul, I had the application submitted and mortgage accepted the same day from my lender. Paul is possibly one of the most reliable people I have ever met and if all my funds weren't going to be poured into a mortgage and the joys of home owning, I'd pay him all over again. Haysto make one of the most stressful things you can do in life a seamless process with their user friendly customer portal and I'm so grateful that they could give me a chance at my dream of renovating and owning a house at 26 years old.
