I’ve been using PayPal for a few years now, and overall, it’s been a pretty smooth experience. I like how easy it is to send money to friends or pay for things online without having to enter my card details every time. The app and website are simple to navigate, which is great because I’m not super tech-savvy. One thing I really appreciate is the security — it gives me peace of mind knowing there are buyer protection policies if something goes wrong with a purchase. I’ve used it a couple of times to resolve issues, and while it took some time, they did help me get my money back. The only downside is the fees. When I’m converting currencies or using it for business transactions, the fees can add up, and that’s a bit frustrating. Also, their customer support can sometimes be slow to respond, which can be annoying when you need help quickly. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
