Previously trading as A&A. A horrendous experience. AVOID. They 1. Renewal - told me not to do anything - my policy would be automatically renewed. 2. When I didn't do anything, they cancelled my policy. 3. They then quoted me £800+ (previously £320) for a new policy due to my panic needing the car that day to go away for 2 weeks saying this was because of them cancelling my policy. 4. They asked for proof of my 10 years no claims bonus when it was they who kept the records. 5. When I finally arrived back home I received a quote from another company for £288. 6. After complaining to them, they finally cancelled my policy after 12 days but incurred a penalty clause of £104 which I will have to pay. Customer care is non existant. AVOID AVOID.
