I have this product as Oasis Store card and they have a simple system of paying up the balance and they are easy to contact. They have improved their system over the time and hopefully will get better.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience with RBS. They do have a good online banking system, good level of customer service and good variety of products. For someone like me, who has basic needs from their bank, it is a good choice. I don't invest nor have complex products. I do us the bank to pay things and that's all I want to have working without a problem.

I must admit I never really used other banks apart from 2 credit cards I have with non-bank companies. However, when I want to leave RBS, I do find it difficult due to their prompt and friendly customer service. My banking needs are very simple so RBS meets them well. Phone service and live chat are very useful tools and save me time going to branch. Waiting times are none to low and whoever I speak is always willing to go the extra mile to help.
