Review of the Capital One, Classic Credit Card:

No issues usually

This is our 2nd choice credit card if our first one is not accepted by the merchants. Usually, there is no issues and we do use it regularly. It has a competitive rate but overall it isn't really rewarding in general. We might stop using it soon. Reviewed on: 25th August 2015

Good customer service and useful policy

I do have this policy through my company and pay for it through my salary which makes it also tax efficient. I have used it to claim dental costs and the process was very fast, I have received answers to my queries right away and within 14 days of sending my claim, a cheque has arrived via post. Great cashback rate and good protection for the user

We have been using Amex for years now and always have been impressed by the level of service we have received from them. We do put our "big spending" through American Express firstly because of the great protection it provides and secondly for the cashback you can earn through it. Whenever we have contacted Amex, they were always easy to get through and attentive to our issue. Only downside is that not every business will accept Amex due to its' cost to themselves but this is on... Reviewed on: 10th August 2015
