Terrible Service

After signing up for an account aged 16 and staying loyal for nine years, I received a letter through the post explaining they were closing my account due to too many gambling transactions. I barely had any, just the odd bet on the football on a Saturday. I couldn't believe this and it caused major upheavel having to change account and card details absolutely everywhere. Fantastic Service

Went into my local branch because I needed to change my address, I expected this to be a long drawn out process where I had to fill out a huge change of address form and provide numerous forms of proof of address as I have experienced in the past. But they simply took a look at my card and my ID and changed it for me right there and then on the spot! Reviewed on: 26th August 2015
