Overall good experience

NatWest offer a relatively straightforward graduate account, with a reasonable sized interest-free overdraft. Branch staff always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the occasional inability to access online banking. Reviewed on: 11th January 2018

Pretty standard

I've banked with Natwest for around 6 years now, and never had a problem. Staff have always been helpful and friendly in branch, online banking works well and is pretty simple to use. Only thing that I would change would be more branches,as there isn't one in my town. Reviewed on: 10th February 2017
