My data has been stolen

I had a complaint with Wonga which they disputed all the way until the FOS ombudsman made a legally binding decision they couldn't get out of. Now that has been sorted I have been notified that my data has been stolen from them which puts me financially at risk - Well done Wonga you really are awful Reviewed on: 10th April 2017

Aggressive tactics

I put in an affordability complaint which Payday UK rejected, FOS upheld and the day after Payday UK received the FOS decision they decided to write to me to tell me they were putting a default against me. I phoned and complained and then they paid me what the FOS said and stopped the default - They are such a cowboy company though - No apology for the trauma they put me through Reviewed on: 10th April 2017

Terrible company

Complained to Uncle buck and they took exactly 8 weeks to the day to respond to me. Sent complaint to FOS which adjudicator ruled in my favour only for Uncle Buck to completely ignore the adjudicator and not even have the courtesy to respond - Now pending an Ombudsman which at least will be legally binding Reviewed on: 10th April 2017
