very quick and easy to set up. definatly would recommend this product to all my friends and family before they tried any other company

brilliant customer service, really can tell that want whats best for your furry little friend.

im not one who easily swayed by insurance companys but the customer service was of such a high standard and the explanation by staff was so clear that anyone could understand it. this is a company that i would reccomend to any member of my family or friends. all products are a brilliant price and great value for money considering the cover that is offered. absolutly fantastic service that i could honestly say i would reccomend to any of my friends and family, this is a company that really works with you to try and find the best cover suited to your circumstances

if you are looking for a company that offers customer service that is second to none then look no further. the telephone manner was exellent and all packages were explained in a way that was completly understandable even for first time buyers. i would highly reccomend this company to anyone lokking for that great deal on their pride and joy.
