Have invested with Housecrowd for several years across dozens of loans. The majority have made the good returns but recently have had a significant number that have been in default for 12-18m+. In the last month I've had investments where I've lost 10% and 70% of my original capital, and one where they're suggesting I may lose everything. There have been others where the interest rate has been below that advertised because of the protracted time to recover and the solicitors and professional fees. Some of their original LTV are crazy - one with a LTV of 70% was sold at about 30% LTV!
