Triodos is an ethical, financially effective bank

Triodos is an ethical bank which provides a positive contribution to communities and the environment. Ans most importantly it is an excellent bank, the app is easy to use and comprehensive, the customer service is very helpful on the odd occasions when I’ve needed to call them, and their interest rates are fair. Great cutomer service

Triodos Bank is very easy to deal with, they have customer service people who actually answer the phone in a reasonable time! And they are always good to speak to. I love their ethical stance. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Ethical, friendly, great customer service

Triodos has positive and negative investment criteria - I really like that. I also like the fact they charge a small monthly fee for their bank account, they can then use their funds for the good causes they support. They really care for local community causes ansd well as the bigger picture. And you can speak to them on the phone! My ethical stocks and shares ISAs have performed better than average. All is good! The bank that helps me help others

It's great to know that my bank is ethical, making my money work to help the environment and good community causes. My money has the power to change the world - that makes me feel good (and hopefully, the world too!). The customer servcie staff are always knowledgable and helpful, the security is excellent and overall the experience is a good one. Reviewed on: 17th January 2020
