I recently purchased Direct Line Landlord Insurance and the level of customer service was excellent. They answered all questions I had, called me back when they said they would, allowed me to purchase online after getting a quote to enable me to get cashback, and best of all, price matched the quote I'd had from a cheaper and much lesser known insurer. I have read the policy thoroughly and appears to be fully comprehensive and I feel safe in the knowledge that we have purchased this product. Reviewed on: 26th May 2016

Great customer service

I've been a customer for 3 years and Im really happy with M&S Bank. It's really easy to talk to a customer service advisor if you need to and they're really helpful. Staff in branch are friendly and helpful too. Good rates and simple to use online banking, as well as the app. Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

The partnership card is great for large purchases as you have the added security of buying on a credit card, but also you get points for each purchase which are then redeemed for John Lewis vouchers. I think this is a great loyalty scheme, and points add up quickly. Obviously making sure you can pay of the full amount as quickly as possible is the sensible thing, but it's a great choice for a credit card. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

We needed to make a claim on our John Lewis Home Insurance and the service was exceptional. From start to finish we dealt with the same person, who was easy to get hold of, friendly and efficient. Great Bank, Helpful Staff

I joined this bank about 18 months ago and everything has been plain sailing. Customer Service is of a high standard, and I find it easy to either go to a big store with a branch, or the little stores if just wanting to pay cash or a cheque in. I also hadn't realised when I joined that you can use the main HSBC branches to do your banking which is an added bonus. I like that they have an app to see balances, old statements, manage your details, it would be great if this could be developed to make payments too though. The switching problem was really easy, quick and efficient, and I got a £125 gift card for switching. Overall I'm really happy I switched and am in no hurry to change again.
