Recently updated website is now contemporaneous but after getting locked out I received great service on the end of the phone (after getting straight through with almost no hanging on) from the Customer Contact Administrator at the Savings Direct team in Darlington. Problem sorted!

Being a technophobe, I totally messed up my login to the new Darlington website. This happened months ago and I have been putting off getting in touch with the Society via telephone, as I knew probably wouldn't understand, what I had to do.
Simon answered my call and was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, sometimes having to repeat some of the stages, but in the end he got me through it. Thank you Simon.
