Brilliant accommodating mortgage department

We need to change our mortgage repayments as we'd come to the end of a fixed payment period. Without the help of Paula and Ian we wouldn't have been able to make the changes that absolutely suited us. They are brilliant. Paula helped me to work out what could be done with our mortgage and advised me exactly what needed to be done and when. When Paula was on annual leave Ian also sorted out our mortgage payments and managed to find out an error my bank ahd made in a payment. If either of you read this you are wonderful, extremely competent and I think deserve a prize for sorting out our mortgage. You have all of our thanks Paula and Ian. A customer focussed, professional and friendly service everytime.

From the very start several years ago and again very recently, we have recieved wonderful service by which I mean, everyone we have spoken to has been customer friendly in their manner; highly efficient and competent and professional. 10/10 as far as we are concerned. Received a call from Simon today off the back of a query I had made by secure message. It was pleasantly surprising to receive such personal service in this way and Simon was able to solve my issue with friendly professionalism, so I was very happy with the service I received.
