The on-line banking is great , really easy to use.
However if you go into the bank , someone heads you towards the machines always. The actual peopled cashier points are hidden away around the corner and they don't seem to like anyone using them.

By mistake I gave the wrong car registration number when insuring. When I realised they changed the policy immediately and waived the admin charge.
Very affordable prices with good customer service.
I f you find a lower pricce shopping around they usually try and match it.

was charged twice by a hotel in Rome. When I got my statement rang customer services to discuss. Very helpful , said it was the hotels job to prove I had stayed twice. Excellent service all round , would always use this card in future especially abroad.

Really good customer service. I phoned them as a hotel had charged me twice for same night stay.
Very quickly resolved. Only had to fill in one form and everything sorted out very quickly.
Love getting the reward vouchers through with long expiry dates. Always saved up for christmas.
