Do not look after your previous jewellery!!!

Please be warned about this company if thinking of pawning your precious jewellery items with them. They do not look after it, it is bunged into a plastic bag and dropped, knocked about and will very likely get damaged. I pawned with them many times due to hardship and have had damaged, bent items returned to me, final straw was a diamond came out of one of my rings, it was in the shop assistant's hand, could've got lost!! Also a platinum ring, very very expensive, was scratched as though it had been worn for years, it had never been worn - well, not by me!! Disgusted with this company, they take no responsibility for anything either, if you complain, they always have some excuse 'must have been like this already' etc. Please beware of entrusting this place with your gorgeous expensive jewellery, the interest alone is massive and should be a guarantee of safety, it's not, they don't care and their customer service is nil!
