Disappointing

I trusted them with an pension investment for 20 years. After that time, and with undisclosed fees taken, the results were hopeless. That is compared with nominal bank rates and their competitor (Aviva). After nearly a year of waiting and numerous requests, they still are unwilling to disclose the investments history or the fees taken. Shameful. Reviewed on: 29th September 2020

Recommend Aviva

I have two pensions, one with Aviva and the other with Scottish Widows (Clerical Medical). By comparison over the 20 year investment, sharing of information, past and current customer service and commitment, Aviva, are flawless. They are recommended. Reviewed on: 28th September 2020

Very poor in all aspects.

I have two pensions. One with Scottish Widows (Clerical Medical), the other with Aviva. In comparison, SW/CM were exceptionally poor on all fronts, when compared with the competition. Over 20 years their investment return was a fraction of others, their record keeping and sharing of investment data is secretive, and suspiciously absent, and now their customer service provides delays and lip service.
