DO NOT USE ALPHERA

It has been 2 months since my car broke down and I'm still chasing people to get my money back. The dealership has accepted the rejection of my car and refunded the money to Alphera. I spoke to someone from customer escalations team yesterday (12/10/2020) at 09.28AM who promised me that the money you owe me will be in my bank account by 5.00pm today (13/10/2020). It is 5.45PM now and I still haven't received my money. Previous to that I spoke with Jack Hope from customer escalations on 06/10/2020 at 09.55am, who promised me that the money will be in my account by end of last week. Reviewed on: 13th October 2020

Horrible customer service

They are very helpful until you purchase a car and arrange finance through them. However their customer service after the purchase is absolutely disgraceful. My car broke down 7 weeks ago and I still haven't received the refund on my finance. The dealership has accepted the rejection of the car and has refunded the money back to Zuto. They keep passing the ball around to the dealer and the lender but no intention of resolving it for the customer. You will also get a much better finance deal by going to a main dealer.
