The mark of a good insurance is how it responds when you claim.I had a break in and they broke in by demolishing the front door.Towergate arranged for a team to replace the door frame and lock.I had a leak behind my toilet in a boxed in section which rotted the bathroom floor .Towergate sent builders in to replace the floor. Bought on line .Documents arrived within days.Having annual travel insurance means that I can travel abroad at short notice knowing that I always have cover.At age 77 travel insurance can be expensive and restrictive but Avanti allows me to get affordable cover. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
