So many issues with poor customer service. Poor handling of remortgage meant they had to extend the completion date twice to complete our application. Hard to get hold of and poor app features.

It's very easy to use the app to save money and has unbeatable interest rates. Linked current account also has cashback rewards and can be used abroad with no fees - great for holidays!
