Reward account good for bills

We've had a joint reward account to pay our bills for about 7 years and earned about £500 in rewards during this time. App is good to use and nice that there are branches to go into when needed sometimes. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Easy to use, great product, 24/7 support

The app and it's features are easy to use and meet all my needs. Support is always on hand and responds quickly. Cool spaces where I can save pots of money, set goals etc. And when travel allows, the best way to make international transactions and take money out while away. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Review of the Santander, Mortgage:

Terrible service

Absolutely shocking service. Handling of our mortgage was handed to a third party who messed up a lot of things and eventually led Santander to extend our completion date otherwise it wouldn't have gone through. But they did little to help the situation or get back to our complaints. It's clear all their products are geared towards high earners Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

The best bank and app

Originally I got a Starling account as I was going travelling and wanted their great offer on international currency. But I stayed because of their easy to use app that lets me track my money and save it. And the quick and helpful 24hr customer service. Also the card is really pretty and they post helpful blogs and money tips. Couldn't ask for anything more. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
