Worst customer service ever

So many issues with poor customer service. Poor handling of remortgage meant they had to extend the completion date twice to complete our application. Hard to get hold of and poor app features. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Really easy app and great rewards

It's very easy to use the app to save money and has unbeatable interest rates. Linked current account also has cashback rewards and can be used abroad with no fees - great for holidays! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Never helpful, always issues

I've had several products with Santander over the years and this will be my last one. Staff are rude and only care if you are super wealthy. The palmed off the sorting of our mortgage to another company who were so poor Santander had to extend our completion date twice as they were going so slowly. When consulting on a new bank account with them the member of staff would only talk to my partner and ignored me as I am female. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
