Renewed after I called them 3 times cancelling and stole money from my account

This company took money from my account after me calling them three times to cancel my bike policy. I was informed it was a computer error and I’ll have to wait up to 2 weeks for my money back. It’s strange that i can pay them instantly over the phone but they drag their heels, when it comes to giving me back money they in effect stole from me. Reviewed on: 8th July 2021
