Easy to use search engine. Right cover at the right competitive price. The 1st class follow up communication service with advice on related matters, the tips and information has been useful without being intrusive or demanding to take in. Convenient App

I have been a customer since the mid 80s. Although in recent years I have mainly managed my accounts through the App which I find very good and easy enough to navigate. When I have had to visit a branch, I found it a bright environment friendly staff. However some years ago I applied for a personal loan and I was turned down because I had not been in my new address for more than 6 months, although I had the account with them for 14 years at the address I moved from! I found that the ' Personal' loan was not that personal at all, as the computer just said NO! In all the time I have held the account I have never been in the red, quite the opposite! Needless to say, I would never apply for a loan or other products they offer. It's just convenient. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
