Broken promises

I invested in an ISA and because it was through an introducer who said it was safe, I was given the impression that the IFISA was protected by the financial conduct authority. My interest stopped after the second payment and since then i have had loads of updates promising that the properties would be sold to pay the investment and interest owed but, to date nothing.
