Hidden fees

I joined John Lewis car insurance after a had paid 2 months car insurance then the company phone and asked for my v5 form to be sent . So I sent the v5 form to them and I receive another phone call saying I owe them another £75 for getting my car date I received it and couse I said the car is in a carpark they said it a residential carpark as I don’t understand they said if it’s parked on the road you will be charged £17 so I have had to send photos to there email address to prove it is on the road it’s a complete n utter scam I have driven over 20 years and never had a company ever say this to me . After £2000 to insure my car then couse a disagree on the hidden charge they said cancel the policy . Many more people have been getting cought out with there hidden fees no wonder they want v5 sent over never ever had a insurance company ask that before .
