Seamless.

From the first enquiry, to setting up and even changing my direct debit, everything has been easy and seamless. The added bonus was i could make an early repayment, with no issue when I got paid earlier at Christmas. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Very quick & simple to use

Very quick & simple to use website and app, very self explanatory interface and helpful, courteous staff if needed. Would recommend if you need a loan and can afford repayments. only downside is the interest rates are higher than most. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

From enquiry right the way through to completion. Zopa was really helpful. They kept you up to date. Gave you a decision really quickly. Answered queries within moments and have a great, easy to use app as well. Great if ever you find yourself needing a loan (providing you can make the repayments) Reviewed on: 9th January 2024
