Great customer service

Needed to speak to the customer service team about our mortgage product which is coming to an end soon. The Customer service representative couldn't have been more helpful. Joined the call fretting about the outcome, but she put my mind at ease and was extremely helpful. Came away feeling so much happier and with a plan for the future that we are happy with. Great customer service and product

It was easy to apply for a loan and Ratesetter set out clearly what the payments would be and when they would be due meaning I could ensure they were within my means. Once accepted, the money was transferred to my account quickly. I’ve only needed to speak to their customer services once, I got through quickly on the phone and the customer services was helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Santander, great for customer service

We have been customers of Santander for over ten years, this is down to the excellent customer service we have always received when calling them for any issue. The IOS app is easy to use and helps me to keep on top of my finances, the updates never cause any bug issues for me and I can easily access my accounts wherever I am. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
