I had to fight to get one of my items back

I tried twig twice, sending three items each time. The first time my items were not accepted, fair enough, they got sent back to me. The second time, they were not accepted again, fair enough, TWO items got sent back, but one did not. I sent multiple emails and chats through the chat centre and nothing was ever resolved, I was even sent an email stating that three items were sent back. It was then that I threatened to contact the financial ombudsman and police to get my item back as this was theft, suddenly I receive my item the next day. SCAM! Reviewed on: 4th April 2022
