Review of the Legal and General, Pet Insurance:

Simply awful

I would warn everyone about taking pet insurance out with Legal and General. My wife phoned them up to inform them about an issue with our dog. She had also previously declared operations our dog had. L&G approved the operation over the phone and emailed forms to us. They then posted out the same form. The dog had the operation. We paid the vet up front as is normal practice.the claim was then made and l&g declined it!! To make matters worse my wife received a phone call... Reviewed on: 14th April 2022
