So far so good

It was easy to set up my AXA travel insurance and I was able to make sure I had the right level of cover easily and compare it to other policies to ensure its the right product for me. I haven't had to claim on my insurance so I am unsure as to the claims process. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Good company

My mortgage was intitially set up by a broker but I have recently changed tariffs and the customer service team were helpful in setting up a mortgage appointment, even noticing my recent birthday. I then received a call from an advisor on time on the allocated day. She went through everything with me in a calm and collected manner which made it easy to understand the different options available to me. I was made to feel like it was important the product was right for me instead of trying to sell me the highest priced product. Overall I was impressed by the service from Leeds Building Society. Axa home insurance was easy to set up and complete and I like that you can log in and see your accounts and which insurance documents you have and what it covers so you can always check if you need to. I have not had to claim so cannot comment on the ease of claims with this company. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Wanted contactless

Went into my local branch to ask about changing my card to a contactless one, I was told that technically as my card was not up for renewal that they couldn't issue a new one. Instead, the advisor was able to raise a new one by going through various different screens resulting in me having a contactless card. They were more than helpful at the branch and I can't fault them. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
