Scammers! avoid! Please read all reviews

You think your saving money , well yes you are, but it WILL COST YOU later!! This company is a con, they are scammers. In a normal world you would receive money back if you cancel your insurance, But this company robs you, using the small print in their policy . Rude rude customer Service advisors, who pushed me to swear at them, I should not have , but the foolish person was about to cut me of and then did cut me off! So I don’t care if I said a bad word . She deserved it and I would do it again. The service advisors need more training . Do not put patronising customer service advisors on duty when you know that customers will be wound up after waiting for so Long in the queue to get through and then be Rude to them. Avoid These Scammers

Terrible Customer Service, after waiting and waiting on the phone I was cut off by a person who I thought 100% was abroad overseas due to the poor English and lack of understanding. I then had to call again and to find out I had to pay a cancellation fee for my monthly direct debit car insurance. They are scammers , stay away, pay that little more and receive the service you desire. It’s not worth saving money, or at least think your saving money when you have incompetent customer service.
