I have been with Schroders for about 5 years now.

I have been with Schroders for about 5 years now. I had a wonderful Financial Wealth Advisor for 4 of those years who was Adam from Poole Branch via Lloyds. He was excellent and the company decided to change him. Now I have one that's located in Bristol and he hasn't even introduced himself via phone just sent out an email stating if I had any concerns to get in touch. Adam contacted me by email and phone and we had an hour's meeting to update me on my financial status. I wish I could get Adam back as now I certainly don't get value for money. Schroder's you have one unhappy customer here. I wouldn't recommend you at present in reference to the appalling service I am getting. What a let down. Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

Excellent cycleplan insurance and service through out.

I have had no issues but any situation I have been in with my cycle, I have always received the help and guidance with support. I highly recommend this to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 18th July 2022
