in the last week Excellent company until you make a claim. They are very happy to assist and take money. Unfortunately once you have a problem with appliance they will show who they are. I had a problem with my kitchen hob. Engineer couldn’t fix it at first occasion so he ordered a part and came for second time,then he realised that the part is from different model and is unable to fix it on second occasion as well.I been told that they will come and fix it when they get the right part.Didnt hear from them so I decided to call and I been told “sorry but either you wait about 2 more weeks and we send someone again or you can purchase hob and install by ourselv and we give you money back” As it is was about 6 weeks for me without working hob a decide to buy it myself and claim £400 from them.I paid £459.99 but max you can claim for item is £400. Then I spoke to advisor over the phone and polite lady told me they can only pay £200 Reviewed on: 29th January 2018
