No response to emails

They list an email address for customer service. I wrote to it on the 7th of December and got an automated response saying I would get a human response within three working days. By the 14th I had had no reply, so I wrote again, and got the same automated response. It is now the 20th and still no answer. So I've written a snail mail letter, but I'm not holding my breath. I've deposited £85,000 with them; I expect better than this. Reviewed on: 20th December 2022
