AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is in its last days and it’s working some form of scam. Between 2013-2016 I took loans with SafetyNet which should never have been allowed, recently I have a complaint upheld in which they owed me just under £2,000 in interest/charges, compensation and interest from the that period. They are no refusing to pay me back my money after several weeks stating ‘no timeframe’ for repayment and that I shouldn’t send to the financial ombudsman because they will pay. They blamed ‘illness’ before Christmas, now they are blaming the ‘festive period’ for the delays and no timeframe. But after some time I found from someone in their customer service that they are preparing for administration and will likely never pay me back for the complaint. During such an awful time where so many people are struggling it’s incredible that they would literally go out of their way to delay paying back to people they owe, hoping that the administration process will kick in and they won’t have to.
