Great to deal with.

I have had two personal loans with Bamboo and both have been seemless transactions. The company is very professional in its contractual dealings with customers, and that lasts all the way through the loan period. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Misled and let down very badly

My credit score is at status "fair" even though my repayment history on all of my loans is perfect and has been for many years. This was known to Creation when I was misled into applying for a small personal loan, which they have since refused. Now I have another full credit search against my name, making my credit score even lower. Companies that do this should be seriously penalised by law. Now my day (and weekend) are completely ruined. Best company I have dealt with for personal loans.

I have several personal loans with Zopa and have found the process of applying and receiving decisions/monies very quick and transparent. The company keeps me up to date with payment history, etc., and is generally very professional across the board. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

I have enjoyed several personal loans from Zopa and on every occasion the service has been fast, fully transparent and smooth. There is no question that Zope is one of the better loan providers. It's also a professional company insofar as it provides regular customer updates for the duration of loans with site access to personal account. All in all, a great company.
