Exactly what it promises no more, no less

5
Solid product that does what it says. The four-month interest-free option on purchases over £99 is the standout feature and I've taken advantage of it plenty of times. Works especially well when you've got Curve in the mix — opens up a lot of flexibility. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Smooth application, good communication

They called me directly to clarify a couple of details — which I appreciated rather than it dragging out over email. Once that was sorted, everything progressed quickly and without any hassle. Another positive experience to add to the list with Zopa. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

PayPal acceptance everywhere I shop

This product solved a real problem for me. I get discounted vouchers through work but used to have to choose between using them or paying via PayPal — I couldn't do both. With Curve, I buy the vouchers through the card and route the payment to PayPal in the background. Best of both worlds, every time. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Supported me through every stage of my IVA

5
Completed an IVA with StepChange — it ran longer than planned thanks to emergency spending and furlough, but they were solid throughout. Never felt like I was on my own. Whenever things got complicated, someone was at the end of the phone. Genuinely can't fault the support. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Does everything I need from a current account

The 24/7 self-service foyer at my local branch with a paying-in machine is something I genuinely value — not all banks offer that. Minor gripe: the machine menus are noticeably slower than what I've used at Halifax. The Fairer Share scheme is a nice bonus too, keep a minimum £100 in savings and it pays off.
