Admiral customer on and off and can't fault them

5
Been an Admiral customer for all but one year insuring my current car. Back with them and I've always been left very pleased after any contact with them. The product suits my needs and touch wood not needed to claim yet but I'm confident it would also be a smooth experience. Reviewed on: 17th August 2026

Decent app-managed card, support needs to catch up

5
A solid card for building your credit profile, managed entirely through the app which suits me. The one area that needs work is customer support — responses come eventually but you're waiting days, not hours. I'll put it down to growing pains and hope they resource that team properly as they scale. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Does its job, no complaints - free is hard to beat

5
Using the free tier to keep tabs on my credit score and it covers what I need. Nothing fancy, but it's reliable. My wife gets the ID protection for free through Southern Water — I've been evaluating whether it's worth adding for myself but I'm not convinced the value is there for my use case. My card details stay mine - not every retailer's

5
The ability to check out without handing over my card details to every website I buy from is something I genuinely care about from a privacy standpoint. PayPal handles that well. It's quietly become something I'd struggle to shop without. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Handy way to spread costs but read the small print

4
Widely accepted and a useful option for splitting purchases. Two things to watch though: paying early can result in two payments hitting in the same month, and instalment dates near the end of the month can easily fall after your payday. Good product, just needs a bit of attention to timing. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
