Inability to easily reach customers service

Couple weeks ago my card was stolen and money taken from my account to purchase items I did not initiate. I have never been so frustrated especially trying to get in contact with its customer service. Almost like monzo is not interested in engaging with the customers no matter the issue. The Tesco bank app isn't the best.

Stolen card and quick resolution

My card was stolen weeks ago and I called immediately to inform Aqua about my card loss and subsequent charges put on my stolen card. Aqua was prompt in cancelling the card and striking down the charges. I was also able to get a refund in two weeks. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
