Complete rip off.

I've had a 2nd mortgage with Precise Mortgages for 12 years, I've never defaulted, always paid on time yet with increased I treat rates recently the took it upon themselves to increase by 8%, rather than by the 4% the actual rates went up by. Result is I am paying 12%!!! I think they want to either make a massive profit on this or repossess. Thanks fully I had the funds to pay it off and stick 2 fingers to them but AVOID!
