OK, but no option to direct debit to pay monthly fees

Reasonably returns, OK website (if a bit slow). However, main gripe is that while you can have a separate cash account from which you can pay monthly fees, there's no way to set up a regular direct debit to the cash account (only to an investment account). Similarly, there's no way to set up a direct debit to pay the monthly fees. So it's annoying that I have to remember to log in once a month and put in my card details to pay for the montly fees.

Even with the middle setting of risk, performance has been -12%.
It's difficult to see exactly how badly the plan has performed though, because the graph doesn't just show growth but includes the monthly input. It would be helpful to see just the growth as well.
