No MSE £15 credit as promised

I applied for a current (Biscuit) account using a MSE link in March 2026 promising a credit of £15. I used the right link but no£15 has arrived and Zopa deny that I used the right link even though it is the only link that I have ever known about. Several attempts at resolution have failed as helpchats are the only method of interaction and I keep getting the "we've paid everyone out" line. I have lodged a complaint. Ironically, I have spent more and their staff have spent more that £15 worth of time on this so it would've made sense just to give me the money which I would have kept with them in another of their accounts! Where is my promised £15?

I discovered Zopa through MSE where using a special link would give me access to their current and savings accounts plus £15 added within a week. A month later I am still waiting for my £15 and when I deal with their customer service it is through the app and I am not seeing any progress despite polite and courteous staff. Platform offers great interest rates but reduce quickly

I have selected three accounts based on initially good interest rates for easy access savings accounts on this platform but each has been reduced subsequently and I have better options elsewhere. One account reduced it's rate very soon after I was informed of it which felt a bit cheating. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
