I love everything about Nationwide!

I love everything about Nationwide - from the 6.5% interest regular saver (best interest rate available for an instant access account when opened) to the Flex account that includes travel insurance, breakdown cover and mobile phone insurance for a very reasonable monthly fee. I have also had a Nationwide credit card for over 20 years that remains fee free to use abroad. And not forgetting the £100 annual bonus for simply having 2 accounts with them! Great app, competitive rates.

Am receiving 3.54% on my cash ISA which has been competitive this year, will be looking to switch to better rate in the next tax year though. No complaints at all with Chip, the app is easy to use and money transfers are instantaneous. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

£50 awarded to me within minutes via the 'Refer a friend' incentive for simply opening a current account and depositing £1,000 - what's not to like? The 4.5% interest linked savings account ain't bad either! Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
