Terrible customer service, Bad claim handling team

Terrible customer service, text book written excuse. Very lazy customer services, you will have to wait an hour to speak to the claim team. The company do not have access to the engineers to evaluate the car market value. They will offer silly money for your car, deductions of funds without explanation why are they deducted these funds. You raise a complaint, no one is there to call you and discuss your issue. Their team is all working from home and will put on hold for 20 minutes and disconnect the line and not bothered to call you back. So you will have to call again and wait another 45 minutes to an hour. Terrible customer service experience received and yet waiting for my claim to finalise. So far I have raised two complaints no one bothered to look into it or to call me. I will never recommend Esure insurance to anyone. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Fluid Credit Card or Newday Credit Worse credit card company

My personal experience with credit card companies I am confident that Fluid the worse company I have ever dealt with in the past 20 years. Their team is not trained according to FCA regulations and very unprofessional as well as very rude on the phone. If you ever ask them to speak to their manager or complaint department they will put on hold for 30-45 mints and then hang up your call. I have raised in total 8 complaints with their complaint team and today I was informed that there is no complaint raised we have no record of you contacted us about this. By law I have requested copies of the calls made to Fluid and I was told that you have never called us at all and there is no record of your calls. They have agreed monthly payments with me, and I have been paying each month on time and yet they have reported to credit reference agencies 4 x missed payments and when I called their team to look into this to raise a complaint, they have not done it. They will pass on your credit and personal data to Wescot Credit Services ltd which is their debt collection agency to collect payments. Agreement in place with Westcost and yet Fluid is reporting Miss payments on my files. I have assigned legal lawyer to investigate Fluid credit card however they are refusing to share calls date which was made by me since November till the end of March. Their team is not making notes or raising complaints on behalf of customers and off course there will be no record. I would not recommend Fluid or NewDay credit card to anyone in my circle. Finally you will see once this message will get posted they will send me a generic reply to contact us or how to raise a complaint without giving legal explanation on the this review. Good luck guys stay away from Fluid otherwise they will give you stress upon stress and your credit file will be ruined. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
