Worst experience I ever had!!
Don't use them unless you like being ignored.
I had my card with them and for 2 weeks all was fine. Until 1 morning while I was trying to pay for the fuel the card got rejected, thank god I had my wallet with me, otherwise I was going to make a fool of myself, I paid with my card end and tried to call them and ask what is the issue, no one answered and after 40min of waiting I gave up and sent them an email asking if my card is blocked or what is going on ......in the hopes that by the end of the day someone will come back to me for an explanation... well.... no answer at the end of that day....or the second day...or the third....or fourth....or fifth!!!!! A week later!!! The answer came with the most ODD reply I ever got stating " I can confirm your card is blocked" WITH NO INFO OF WHY THAT HAPPENED OR WHAT I NEED TO DO TO UNLOCK IT!!!!! So I replied back and asked for more details and what should I do to unlock it?! NO ANSWER WHAT SO EVER SINCE THEN!!! They really take the amp with someone's patience!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPANY EVER!! Steer clear from them if you love your sanity!
