Money anxiety

Emma was recommended to me by someone and it has really transformed my life in a very small but actually meaningful and significant way. While I’ve never been “bad” with money, I had built up a tremendous amount of anxiety over money. I would never check my bank balance but simply wait for the text that would say I was overdrawn.
