Will sell you anything for top dollar and withhold information from you

Terrible! Will never again buy or recommend buying from them, brought a 'NEW' gold ring, it had been sized on further inspection, took it back to show them. It was sold to me as a new ring at the price of a brand new ring. The ring was actually second hand. When they looked at the recorded they said i should have been told it was second hand or even had it advertised as second hand. The only way anyone would know was to know there coding system and as they have only been open 3 weeks, the place is in chaos and the staff dont know whats new or second hand in the shop, all the jewellery other than the watches are all mixed up and need sorting. The company refuse to do anything about it. Check your jewellery and make them check their codes BEFORE YOU BUY so you know what you are getting. I paid top dollar for a new ring which is secondhand and worth much less Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
