Undoubtedly, the most disappointing car insurance experience I've had in my 23 years of purchasing coverage. Despite my accident occurring on April 29th, it is now June 5th, and there has been no discernible advancement with my claim. Numerous emails and phone calls have yielded no progress whatsoever. It's my own regret for choosing such a company, as I had no idea that Post Office Insurance would employ such an abysmal underwriter. I have filed a complaint with the financial ombudsman and am currently enduring the agonizing wait for a resolution to this prolonged and distressing claims process. Reviewed on: 5th June 2023
